Our technicians are factory trained by HP, Epson,Brother,Lexmark,Nec and Minolta to service all their latest printing and imaging equipment.They have all the necessary parts, tools, and full technical knowledge to solve all your printing issues in a single service call.We have a very quick response time of 2-3 hours after a call is placed.A technician will contact the customer and set up an appointment for service.This response time applies to customer locations within a 20 mile radius.There is a travel charge for service calls outside this 20 mile radius.
We only use genuine spare parts for all repairs.Since we are an authorised service facility for most major brands , we get discounts on all the spare parts that we purchase and we are more than happy to pass these discounts to our customers.All the repairs and services that we offer both in house and onsite carry a warranty of 90 days from the date of the service.

Please note that the estimate fee of $35.00 is charged upfront when the printer is dropped off at any of our locations. The estimate fee is deducted from the final repair charges. Estimate fee is not refunded if the repair is declined.
